At Elite Cockers Home, the health, comfort, and safety of every Cocker Spaniel puppy remain our highest priority. While we are happy to assist families in arranging transportation, it is important to understand each party’s responsibilities before shipping is scheduled.
The purchaser is solely responsible for all transportation and shipping costs associated with delivering their puppy from Elite Cockers Home to its destination. These costs may include, but are not limited to, airline pet travel fees, ground transportation charges, pet nanny services, travel crate fees, veterinary travel documentation (when required), and any additional fees charged by the transportation provider.
As a courtesy, Elite Cockers Home may recommend reputable and experienced pet transportation agencies that have previously assisted our families. These recommendations are provided solely to help simplify the transportation process and should not be interpreted as an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee of services.
The purchaser is responsible for communicating directly with the selected transportation provider regarding scheduling, pricing, delivery timelines, insurance, and any additional services offered.
Elite Cockers Home is not responsible for paying, advancing, reimbursing, or contributing toward any transportation, shipping, or delivery fees charged by a third-party carrier or pet transportation company. Any payment requested by the transportation agency is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid directly to the transportation provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once the puppy has been released to the transportation provider or carrier selected by the purchaser, responsibility for transportation rests with that provider. While we make every effort to prepare each puppy for safe travel, Elite Cockers Home cannot be held liable for delays, route changes, weather disruptions, transportation scheduling issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We encourage every family to work with trusted transportation professionals, carefully review all shipping arrangements before travel, and maintain direct communication with their chosen carrier throughout the delivery process.
At Elite Cockers Home, we are committed to providing healthy, well-cared-for Cocker Spaniel puppies and maintaining a transparent adoption process. To ensure fairness and clarity for all families, we ask that every prospective owner carefully review our refund policy before placing a reservation or making any payment.
All payments made to Elite Cockers Home, including reservation fees, deposits, adoption fees, and any other payments related to the purchase of a puppy, are non-refundable once the adoption process has begun.

Because reserving a puppy removes it from availability and involves time, resources, and ongoing care, we are unable to issue refunds due to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, housing restrictions, allergies, family decisions, financial changes, or any other reason unrelated to the breeder’s obligations.
We strongly encourage every family to be certain of their decision before submitting payment. By making any payment toward a puppy, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
Elite Cockers Home reserves the right to decline or cancel an adoption if circumstances require it. Should this occur due to reasons solely within our control, an appropriate resolution will be discussed directly with the purchaser.

All puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and routine deworming before adoption. Each family receives detailed veterinary records documenting vaccinations, deworming history, and any preventive care administered prior to pickup or delivery.
We proudly provide a one-year genetic health guarantee covering congenital and hereditary conditions that may significantly affect your puppy's quality of life. This guarantee reflects our commitment to responsible breeding and confidence in the health of our puppies. Specific terms and conditions apply and will be outlined in the adoption agreement.
